Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, system-level product development programs from concept through production.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver products meeting performance, quality, cost, and timing objectives.
• Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary engineering systems.
• Understanding of modern software development practices in resource-constrained embedded environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment across cross-functional design, development, and validation teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.
• Create technology solution roadmaps to support future product strategy and communicate them to product line owners.
• Ensure resource and capability development plans to deliver future roadmaps.
• Oversee adherence to defined design interfaces across engineering teams for reliable machine function.
• Lead critical product and technology decisions, balancing trade-offs with stakeholders.
