Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead software development efforts, mentor engineers, and shape technical strategy. You will design and implement scalable cloud solutions, drive Domain-Driven Design across systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key responsibilities include architecture reviews, sprint planning, documentation, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience with Domain-Driven Design and enterprise data handling.
• Strong background in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js and SQL (PostgreSQL / MS SQL).
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, IAM, and identity management.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs and external integrations.
• Proficient in Git and software development tooling.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and maintain scalable cloud solutions for enterprise data.
• Lead Domain-Driven Design initiatives across systems to ensure data consistency.
• Design user experience-consistent solutions across platforms.
• Plan projects, create diagrams, and break down tasks for teams.
• Collaborate in a software team to deliver working software in sprints.
• Stay updated on engineering design, methods, and applications.
• Document designs and software implementations for knowledge sharing.
• Provide engineering assistance and troubleshooting to internal teams and customers.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor teammates through pair programming and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with global teams for cross-platform integration.
