Job summary

CNH Industrial in the United States seeks an engineering support professional to assist in designing, testing, fabricating, and troubleshooting processes, systems, assemblies, or products.

You will collaborate with internal teams, prepare test plans, document results, and communicate data to meet engineering requirements, while contributing to ISO quality management improvements and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in field related to position is preferred.
• 2+ years in a related position, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques is preferred.
• CAD/CAM software experience in the preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering and coordinate with internal teams on products and processes.
• Research, investigate, and select technical data pertinent to the project.
• Communicate data relative to engineering requirements with internal/external sources.
• Write test plans, conduct tests, and document results.
• Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations on projects.
• Support department improvement activities and ISO quality initiatives.
