Job summary

Guardian seeks a Head of Distribution to translate enterprise data, market intelligence, and customer insights into tangible sales strategies for proprietary and third-party channels. You will lead CRM expansion, sales intelligence, and performance measurement, guiding leaders on where to prioritize opportunities and how to engage them effectively.

You will drive AI-enabled tools adoption to improve targeting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, distribution strategy, CRM, sales analytics, or BI, including leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Distribution sales enablement strategy across PO and 3P channels.
• Establish sales planning disciplines, goals, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Develop producer targeting and opportunity prioritization strategies for PO and 3P channels.
• Advance CRM capabilities and AI-enabled tools within Salesforce and related workflows.
• Translate data into actionable KPIs, dashboards, and insights for sales leadership.
