Job summary

ADP seeks a strategic, data-driven executive to own and scale the B2B digital commerce engine, driving revenue growth and a self-service, click-to-purchase experience for corporate accounts. You’ll lead a cross-functional team to accelerate acquisition, optimize the customer journey, and monetize the online ecosystem.

You will report to the CMO and shape the product and pricing strategy across SaaS and fintech offerings, aligning ERP/CRM integrations and lifecycle marketing to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership across digital commerce, growth marketing, or go-to-market strategy.
• Proven executive experience scaling customer acquisition and digital growth.
• Experience leading end-to-end digital commerce experiences.
• Deep expertise in customer journey design, revenue growth, and performance marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital P&L for the B2B ecommerce business.
• Define the long-term vision for the click-to-purchase channel.
• Develop actionable revenue roadmaps and forecasts for leadership and the board.
• Oversee platform functionality and checkout optimization.
• Lead CRO initiatives using data analytics and UX testing.
• Partner with Field Sales and IT for seamless integrations.
