Job summary

Loudr seeks a Senior Director to lead the agency’s delivery engine, aligning Strategy, Creative, Media and Technology. You will own capacity, profitability, and orchestration across disciplines, guiding senior leaders and establishing scalable operating systems.

You will partner with executive teams to shape priorities, structure, and growth while embedding AI and automation to improve efficiency, quality, and client value across Loudr’s services.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive leadership experience in agency operations or similar
• Advertising or marketing agency experience required
• Experience leading senior delivery leaders across multiple disciplines
• Strong command of capacity planning, forecasting, and profitability
• Executive presence with client-facing communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agency Operating System across delivery, intake, scoping, staffing, and quality assurance
• Coordinate Strategy, Creative, Media, Performance, Web, and Tech for integrated work
• Own capacity planning, staffing, and profitability across the agency
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and LVIS to improve outcomes and efficiency
• Be a visible, trusted leader shaping Loudr’s growth and culture
