Job summary

RaceTrac seeks an Executive Director of Data Strategy to define enterprise data direction, align cross-functional leaders, and drive value realization. You will shape governance, AI readiness, and investment decisions at the highest level while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer-centric outcomes.

Lead data product roadmaps, mentor a large team, and partner with the C-suite to deliver measurable ROI across revenue, efficiency, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise data management, governance, and analytics with leadership at scale.
• Ability to align data strategy with business goals and drive ROI.
• Strong executive presence and communication with board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year data strategy aligned to business objectives and funding.
• Govern data architecture, standards, and governance across divisions.
• Lead enterprise data stewardship, risk remediation, and regulatory compliance.
• Set enterprise data product roadmaps and measure business impact.
• Collaborate with CEO/CFO/CTO on investment decisions and ROI targets.
• Champion data literacy and self-service analytics across business units.
• Present strategy and outcomes to the C-suite and board.
