Job summary

TradeStation seeks an Enterprise Data Products & Solutions Director to own the data strategy end to end, reporting to the VP of Enterprise Data & AI. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, governance, and a shift to a productized data foundation across the organization.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding data products, platforms, and AI-enabled workflows to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in data product, platform, or data strategy roles with ownership.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise data capabilities end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Be accountable for area-level outcomes, adoption, quality and trust.
• Lead data as a product, with governed, reusable data products and single sources of truth.
• Define operating model and standards for scalable data delivery.
• Serve as executive- and Board-facing authority on data strategy.
• Lead data product development and semantic layer strategy across teams.
