Job summary

National-Cooperative-Bank seeks a strategic leader to direct the Bank's enterprise data strategy and governance. You will oversee data governance, data quality, information lifecycle, and data products, partnering with CIO and business leaders to unlock data value while ensuring compliance and security.

You will drive modernization of the data ecosystem, champion responsible AI data practices, and lead a team across governance, quality, ECM, and data architecture in a hybrid work environment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in data management, governance, or related disciplines.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture and modernization initiatives.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Bank's data governance program across the enterprise.
• Oversee data quality, metadata, lineage, and data stewardship.
• Partner with CIO and business leaders to align data strategy with business goals.
• Drive data modernization and AI enablement initiatives.
