Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Data & Intelligence to lead the global data function, transforming enterprise data into a trusted strategic asset that enables informed decision-making, operational excellence, and future AI innovation. The role partners with business and technology leaders to establish a data foundation and an evolving operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Master's degree in a relevant field with leadership experience in data/analytics.
• Proven success building enterprise data strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading data platforms using cloud technologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment plan for Enterprise Data & Intelligence.
• Evolve an enterprise operating model balancing centralized data platforms with business-owned analytics.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where trusted data improves decision-making and outcomes.
• Lead strategy, architecture, and evolution of the enterprise data platform for reporting, analytics, and AI readiness.
• Establish data governance, quality, stewardship, and information management at scale.
• Build the function through an MSP-first model, transitioning to internal capabilities over time.
• Collaborate with AI Strategy to ensure data supports AI/ML and automation initiatives.
• Oversee portfolio, budgeting, vendor management, and enterprise architecture.
