Job summary

Compass Technology, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Delivery Lead – Data & AI to drive strategy, planning, and delivery of enterprise data, analytics, AI, and reporting initiatives. You will partner with Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, and business leaders to translate priorities into scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4–6+ years in Product Management, Delivery/Ownership, or analytics delivery roles.
• Experience partnering with business and technical teams to deliver analytics, AI, or cloud data platforms.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear requirements and plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with modern data platforms and enterprise reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, planning, and coordination of Data & AI initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Translate priorities into actionable work for technical teams.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Deliver scalable data products, analytics solutions, and enterprise reporting.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities with engineering teams.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives, identify dependencies, and remove blockers using Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Collaborate with governance, security, architecture, and legal teams on data access and compliance.
• Communicate priorities, status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Improve delivery processes and governance within the Data & AI organization.
