Fortrea is seeking an Executive Director, Head of Data to define and govern the enterprise data strategy, operating model, platforms, governance, and data products. You will lead a high-performing Data & AI leadership team and partner with executives to enable data-driven decision making and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in data management, governance, or analytics.
• Experience developing enterprise data strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models.
• Experience leading enterprise data modernization, transformation, or digital initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute Fortrea’s enterprise data strategy and multi-year data roadmap.
• Lead enterprise data governance, architecture, and data quality initiatives.
• Own the data product portfolio, platforms, and services.
• Build and develop a high-performing data organization and leadership team.
• Partner with executives across Technology, Product, AI, Security, Compliance and Business units.
