Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a strategy-led, hands-on leader to define the internal data foundation for the organization's AI transformation. The role merges architecture decisions with practical implementation, establishing standards and a prioritized roadmap for AI data use.

You will work across data architecture, security, and governance to ensure scalable, secure access to data for AI tools and workflows, while aligning with business needs and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of designing data and knowledge foundations for enterprise AI
• Understanding how AI assistants, agents and workflows consume data
• Cloud data platforms, data modeling, governance and data quality

Responsibilities

• Define a clear strategy for internal data foundation supporting AI roadmap
• Assess current data environment and build a prioritized roadmap with targets
• Use AI initiatives to develop reusable data patterns for teams
• Define how internal data should be organized, connected, secured and made available to AI tools
• Set standards for data access, integration, permissions and reuse across teams
• Set data quality, metadata, source-of-truth, ownership and stewardship requirements
• Coordinate with Legal, Security, IT and business owners on governance and privacy processes
• Work with stakeholders to move shared data priorities forward
