Unum, a Fortune 500 insurer, is seeking Head of Platforms & Architecture to own enterprise data and AI platforms. You will shape multi-year strategies, govern data & AI platforms, and lead a teams across data architects and AI specialists to deliver scalable solutions.

You will partner with the CIO, risk and compliance, and business leaders to drive value, cost efficiency, and governance, while ensuring security-by-design and regulatory alignment across global operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics and technology, including 8+ years leading large teams.
• Proven experience delivering GenAI and/or agentic AI capabilities to production in a regulated enterprise.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the multi-year enterprise data platform strategy, including lakehouse/warehouse architecture and migration roadmap.
• Chair the Data & AI Architecture Review Board and align initiatives with risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of data architects, AI architects, modelers and data engineers to deliver scalable platforms.
