Job summary

Transcarent is seeking a Chief Data and AI leader to define and drive the enterprise data and AI platform strategy. The role will own architecture, roadmap, and governance to power data-driven products, AI experiences, and secure data infrastructure across the company.

Qualifications

• Leader with experience building and scaling data engineering or data platforms in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud data architectures, data pipelines, data modeling, APIs, and data products.
• Experience delivering AI/ML capabilities from experimentation to production.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Data & AI platform strategy, architecture, roadmap, standards, and operating model for the enterprise.
• Own and evolve the enterprise data platform for ingestion, transformation, storage, and serving of data across products.
• Lead Data and AI Engineering to build pipelines, services, data products, and infrastructure for trusted data.
• Build AI-at-scale platforms enabling rapid development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and improvement of AI capabilities.
• Accelerate the path from AI experimentation to production, reducing friction and increasing production-readiness.
