Global Payments Inc. is seeking a seasoned Head of Data & AI Architecture to shape our platform strategy and governance. You will own the target-state architecture, define reference patterns, and lead the creation of scalable data products and AI ecosystems across the enterprise.

You will partner with enterprise and product teams to drive security, compliance, and measurable business outcomes while mentoring a high‑performing architecture team in a global context.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data/technology architecture with enterprise scope.
• 5+ years leading enterprise Data & AI architecture initiatives.
• Strong governance, security, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state Data & AI architecture across platforms.
• Create reference architectures, standards, and reusable patterns.
• Lead end-to-end AI ecosystems including MLOps and GenAI.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance by design.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to align standards.
