Job summary

Imperium Global seeks an accomplished President to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for its construction operations in the USA. You will lead growth while ensuring profitability, safety and strong client relationships across multiple markets.

This role requires a commercially focused leader with extensive construction experience and a proven track record of managing large teams and developing senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience within the US construction industry.
• Significant P&L responsibility in a construction organization.
• Proven track record growing revenue and profitability while maintaining performance.
• Experience overseeing large portfolios and multiple project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the construction business.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Hold P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth, profitability and performance.
• Oversee construction operations across multiple projects, markets and locations.
• Establish budgets, forecasts and performance targets and ensure achievement.
• Provide oversight of project delivery including schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team across operations, preconstruction and BD.
• Identify opportunities for geographic expansion and new services.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners and subcontractors.
