Job summary

Crux is building an integrated AI infrastructure company based in the U.S. The role owns the TPU cluster fleet, orchestration, and compute lifecycle, from rack to customer. You will hire leaders, define architecture, and drive reliability and efficiency as Crux scales.

Reporting to the CTPO, you will partner with Google on TPU hardware and services, balance internal build versus acquired solutions, and establish a secure, compliant compute surface for hyperscalers and enterprises.

Qualifications

• 15+ years building and operating large-scale compute or cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Direct ownership of a production compute platform at scale with accountability for reliability and outcomes.
• Experience leading platform rebuilds or transformations while keeping existing customers running.

Responsibilities

• Define compute platform strategy and architecture for dedicated TPU clusters.
• Architect and deliver complete compute lifecycle from hardware onboarding to customer handoff.
• Design and ship the managed container orchestration on bare metal for TPUs.
