Job summary

CRC Group, a leading insurance distributor, seeks a Head of Compliance to provide enterprise-wide strategic leadership for regulatory and corporate compliance programs. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will shape compliance strategy, policies, and programs across all functions and jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in compliance or related legal role, deep regulatory knowledge for insurance and financial services, and proven senior leadership experience guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, law, risk management, finance, compliance, or related field.
• Master’s degree or JD strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in compliance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for enterprise compliance across functions and jurisdictions.
• Lead compliance operations including licensing, market security, and risk assessments.
• Partner with General Counsel and leadership to report on compliance performance.
