CAMBA Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Agency Compliance to lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance across programs. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborates with senior leadership to design an agency-wide risk assessment and quality improvement plan.

The VP will develop SOPs, oversee audits, and drive improvements through data-driven reporting, training, and corrective actions with cross-department partners. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience relating to quality assurance and regulatory compliance in human services environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, manage timelines, and report on activities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct internal program audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and assist in establishing methods to improve program’s efficiency and quality of services.
