Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management seeks a Vice President of Compliance & Quality to establish and manage the corporate quality assurance system and lead all compliance efforts across the agency. This executive role drives the 2026 Standard of Excellence, championing Consistency in Care, Integrity in Operations, and Stability & Growth.

The VP will oversee Quality and Compliance teams, develop risk assessments, and coordinate with departments to complete audits, training, and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of executive operations or compliance management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to gain the trust and confidence of the executive and management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Quality and Compliance teams at an executive level.
• Develop and submit organization-wide compliance risk assessments.
• Serve as the operational voice to State Auditors, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
• Organize ongoing quality assurance evaluations per guidelines.
• Identify barriers, drive process improvements, and monitor metrics.
