Qualificações

• Juris Doctor degree required with active bar admission.
• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience since admission.
• Experience with compliance, investigations, and EEO matters preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement agency policies ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on compliance, ethics, internal controls, and risk management.
• Oversee audits and monitor statutory reporting requirements.
• Conduct internal investigations into allegations of misconduct.
• Lead agency training on policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Perform executive-level duties in collaboration with divisions.
