Job summary

BCFS in the United States seeks a Vice President of Compliance and Data to provide strategic leadership and organization-wide oversight of programmatic compliance, data management and performance reporting across BCFS programs.

The role partners with executive leadership to standardize processes, drive QA and continuous improvement, oversee audits, and ensure data integrity and timely, accurate reporting to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in administration, business, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, social services, or related field of study OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in administration, business, psychology, sociology, social services, or other relevant behavioral science and at least five (5) years of related work experience.
• Minimum five years of experience providing functional oversight of compliance, data management, and reporting functions within a large, multi-site organization, including ensuring programmatic compliance, data integrity, and consistent operational standards across multiple programs and locations.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in human services, compliance, quality assurance, data management, or related organizational operations, including at least two (2) years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide quality assurance initiatives and oversee program audits and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, metrics, and reporting processes for program performance and contractual outcomes.
• Provide training and technical assistance on compliance, data quality, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align compliance and data strategies with organizational priorities.
