BCFS Health and Human Services in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Vice President of Performance and Data Strategy to provide organization-wide leadership for programmatic compliance, data management, and performance reporting across BCFS programs.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, oversee audits, establish data governance, and align data strategies with organizational priorities, working closely with executive leadership to strengthen accountability and service delivery.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in administration, business, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, social services, or related field and at least five (5) years of related work experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing functional oversight of compliance, data management, and reporting in a large, multi-site organization
• At least two (2) years of management or supervisory experience
• Demonstrated experience providing organizational oversight, leading QA and compliance initiatives, delivering technical assistance, and implementing data-driven strategies
• Equivalent experience in senior-level administration or leading complex human services initiatives may be considered

Responsabilidades

• Contractual Compliance: oversee organization-wide compliance with federal/state regulations, contracts, accreditation standards, BCFS policies
• Data Integrity and Management: enforce data governance for accurate and timely documentation
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: develop dashboards and metrics to monitor outcomes
• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: lead QA initiatives, audits, and evaluations
• Strategic Leadership and Accountability: align performance expectations with priorities
• Training and Technical Assistance: provide training on compliance and data quality
• Contract Deliverables and Reporting Deadlines: ensure timely submission of reports and notifications
• Audit Readiness and Corrective Action: oversee audits and corrective actions
• Policy Development and Standardization: update policies for consistency and excellence
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: analyze outcomes and present recommendations
