BCFS Health & Human Services is seeking a Vice President of Compliance and Data to provide strategic leadership and organization-wide oversight of programmatic compliance, quality assurance, data management, and performance reporting across BCFS programs and operations.

The role partners with executive leadership to strengthen compliance systems, oversee audits, standardize processes, and leverage data to identify risks, improve performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Formación

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with five (5) years of related work experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in human services, compliance, quality assurance, data management, or related operations.
• Equivalent senior-level administration experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Contractual Compliance oversight across federal/state regulations, contracts, accreditation standards, and BCFS policies.
• Establish data governance standards for accurate, complete, and timely documentation across programs.
• Develop and oversee dashboards, metrics, and reporting to monitor deliverables and outcomes.
