We are currently partnering with a leading global financial services firm to support their search for a Vice President, Compliance Data Infrastructure & Reporting. The organization operates in a highly regulated environment and offers exposure across global markets and wholesale banking activities. This role plays a key part in building and enhancing the data infrastructure that underpins regulatory compliance programs and strategic reporting initiatives across the business.

The Vice President will work closely with compliance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support regulatory compliance management efforts through data-driven solutions. This individual will contribute to the development of a centralized data infrastructure, enabling more effective aggregation, analysis, and visualization of compliance data across multiple programs. The role will also support strategic reporting, dashboard development, and ongoing enhancement of the firm’s compliance data framework.

Responsibilities include partnering with key compliance program leads to operationalize data, supporting monitoring and testing activities through data aggregation, and developing reporting tools to deliver insights to senior management. The role also involves project management of data initiatives, collaboration with technology teams and vendors, and participation in broader compliance transformation efforts.

Overview
