Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in building construction with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing specialty experience, plus certification credentials. This role requires travel and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Proven experience in building construction and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems preferred.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficient with software tools like Word, Excel and CxAlloy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate alignment of internal operational aspects of successful project delivery.
• Monitor financial aspects with accounting leadership; ensure cost controls.
• Ensure quality control for commissioning approach and deliverables.
• Develop efficient organizational structure and succession planning.
• Drive cross-functional communication with engineering, construction, and leadership.
• Mentor directors and project managers in business planning and analytics.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and project interviews.
• Oversee workload forecasting, staffing, and performance management.
