Job summary

Schneider is seeking an Account Manager in Green Bay to lead a team that bridges Schneider’s Commercial Sales and Customer Service. You will execute a business plan to ensure your team meets its metrics, revenue and service goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, 2+ years in logistics, and demonstrated leadership. On-site, Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m. The position offers a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Two plus years of transportation or logistics experience.
• Leadership, mentoring or coaching experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Strong influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of customer service associates.
• Provide an outstanding experience for Schneider’s customers.
• Create a business plan that ensures achievement of revenue, volume and service metrics.
• Support sellers with account business plans and customer visits.
• Analyze and implement improvements to current systems and processes.
