Qualifications

• Experience supporting a product launch, preferably in rare disease or cell therapy.
• Deep expertise in commercial analytics, data integration, and reporting.

• Develop and execute the commercial operations strategy and launch readiness plan.
• Build and oversee the commercial data ecosystem and BI capabilities.
• Design field operations, incentives, and territory planning for launch.
