Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Patient Services to design and lead Capricor's U.S. patient services organization for the planned deramiocel launch.

The role focuses on creating a high-touch, compliant, scalable program that supports patients, caregivers, and treatment centers as they navigate access and initiation. The position leads strategy, hub operations, affordability programs, site-of-care coordination, vendor performance, data and reporting, and team

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in patient services within biotechnology/pharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrated leadership in building/launching patient services programs for complex therapies.
• Deep knowledge of benefits investigation, prior authorization, and appeals processes.
• Experience managing external vendors, budgets, contracts, and performance improvement.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the U.S. patient services strategy and launch-readiness plan.
• Build and manage an integrated patient support model including enrollment, benefits investigation, prior authorization, and affordability programs.
• Oversee hub operations, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements.
• Coordinate site-of-care onboarding and treatment-center readiness; manage escalations and access barriers.
• Establish data governance, dashboards, and performance reviews with stakeholders across Capricor and partner organizations.
