Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a commercial data strategy and operations leader to build the data foundation for launch readiness, field execution, customer engagement, and decision-making in a pre-launch biotech setting.

You will own the data roadmap, oversee sourcing, architecture, governance, and operational processes; manage external vendors and internal stakeholders across commercial functions; design master data management programs; lead analytics and reporting to track KPIs and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial data strategy, analytics, or operations.
• Experience with U.S. specialty pharma/biotech launches and vendor integration.
• Familiarity with prescription, claims, payer, CRM, and patient data sources.
• SQL proficiency preferred; strong stakeholder management and communication.
