Job summary

Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Head of Commercial Operations to build and lead commercial operations and analytics for the U.S. launch of Deramiocel (CAP-1002) for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

You will establish data, analytics, forecasting, field operations, CRM, and performance reporting capabilities. This role is hands-on with end-to-end accountability, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Finance, Medical Affairs, IT, Legal, and Compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in commercial operations, sales operations, analytics, forecasting, or related field with leadership.
• Experience supporting a product launch, preferably in biotechnology or pharma.
• Deep expertise in commercial analytics, forecasting, data integration, performance measurement, and field operations.
• Hands-on experience acquiring and integrating commercial data and managing vendor-supported data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial operations strategy, roadmap, and launch-readiness plan with milestones and risks.
• Design scalable processes, governance, and decision-support for pre-launch to post-launch.
• Translate priorities into workflows, system requirements, reporting solutions, and performance measures.
• Provide executives with concise updates, insights, and recommendations on launch risks.
