Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Progressive experience in patient services or hub operations.
• Leadership responsibility in biotech/pharma.
• Experience launching patient services for rare diseases.
• Knowledge of benefits investigation and prior authorization.
• Vendor management, budgets, contracts, and performance.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the U.S. patient services strategy and launch-readiness plan.
• Lead integrated patient support model from enrollment to ongoing support.
• Map and improve patient and caregiver journey to reduce access friction.
• Establish governance, escalation paths, and service standards.
• Oversee hub/vendor management and affordability programs.
• Coordinate with Market Access, field reimbursement, and payer policies.
• Define handoffs among hub, centers, specialty pharmacy, and field teams.
• Develop escalation protocols for access barriers and scheduling delays.
• Provide updates and risk assessments to executive leadership.
