The Head will build and scale a premium advisory platform, drive business development, and mentor a top-tier team, delivering independent, commercially grounded guidance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in capital markets advisory or related fields.
• Proven track record advising CEOs, CFOs, and boards on high-stakes matters.
• Deep understanding of public equity markets and investor behavior.
• Experience developing equity narratives and investor communications.
• Strong leadership and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Breakwater's advisory practice across capital markets and investor communications.
• Shape advisory strategy, develop new capabilities, and drive business development.
• Oversee equity narrative development and investor engagement strategies.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing advisory team.
• Engage with CEOs, CFOs, boards to address market-facing opportunities.
• Represent Breakwater in investor relations excellence and capital markets events.
