Job summary

RAM Recruiting is seeking a Chief Business Development Officer to build and lead a centralized business development platform across our multi-state healthcare enterprise. This hands-on executive role owns organic growth, census, occupancy, referrals, and revenue across operating companies and markets.

Our organization is a growing, multi-state healthcare group with a diversified portfolio spanning skilled nursing, senior living, home care, primary care, rehabilitation, and ancillary services. We are seeking a Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to build and lead a centralized business development platform across the entire enterprise.

The Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) will own organic growth — census, occupancy, referral generation, market penetration, and revenue — across multiple operating companies and markets. This is a hands-on executive seat with real authority to build teams and set strategy. Prior nursing home experience at the Vice President of Business Development (VP of BD) level is required.
