Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least ten years of industry-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• At least five years of supervisory, training, and mentoring experience including performance appraisals.
• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain; licenses required by local/state/national rules.
• Knowledge of energy management, CMMS, and building operations platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering team to maintain and operate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor energy usage and drive efficient, compliant operations.
• Manage contractor work and tenant improvement projects; prepare budgets.
• Supervise staff; conduct training and performance reviews; set goals.
• Ensure safety protocols and OSHA/NFPA compliance; handle emergencies.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and property managers to maintain operations.
• Maintain documentation, service logs, and compliance records.
