Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager who owns the roadmap for internal business technology that powers company operations. You will partner with engineering, finance, people, and other functions to deliver tools that improve how the business runs.

This role is remote-friendly with periodic travel to hub offices in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City. You will define and prioritize roadmaps, gather requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to measure impact and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for business technology, enterprise software, or internal tools.
• Ability to translate requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders across finance, operations, and engineering.
• Strong written communication and structured thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the roadmap for internal business systems (finance, people, procurement, operations).
• Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate into clear product specs.
• Partner with engineering and design through delivery, including launch, change management, and adoption tracking.
• Measure impact through metrics tied to efficiency, accuracy, or user satisfaction.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to leadership and partner teams.
