Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Manager for Devens Biologics in Devens, MA. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects, leveraging PMO best practices and PMI standards to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive experience in GxP biopharma, proficiency with Agile/Waterfall, and strong collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality, and IT teams. PMO leadership reports to the Associate Director PMO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of program/project management in GxP Biopharmaceutical environments.
• Understanding of GMP and FDA regulatory requirements correlating to biologics.
• PMI PMP certification is required.
• Agile/Scrum Master certification and Change Management certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft applications.

Responsabilités

• Understand the business strategy and align processes with site goals.
• Identify technical solutions for business needs with process owners and suppliers.
• Coordinate governance meetings, prepare materials, and document actions and decisions.
• Apply project management across multiple workstreams and manage several projects in parallel.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, budget and timeline.
• Develop WBS, project plans, and Agile Sprint planning with stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and ensure delivery on time and within scope.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate status to leadership.
