• Seven+ years in audience development, marketing, or communications at a media/subscription company.
• Experience leading growth plans across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategy and decisions.
• Proven track record with YouTube and short-form video.
• Experience building scalable systems and automation to replace repetitive work.
