Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience aligning enterprise technology, platform, architecture, cloud, data, AI, or engineering strategy with business objectives, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven success building, scaling, or modernizing shared enterprise platforms and engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise platforms, architecture, and engineering strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead enterprise transformation and adoption, breaking down silos and driving reusable investments.
• Oversee platform product management, ensuring adoption, reliability, and business outcomes.
• Establish governance, metrics, and accountability for performance and value realization.
