Job summary

IMO Health is seeking a Chief Architect to lead enterprise architecture across software, cloud, data, and AI. You will collaborate with Engineering, Informatics, Product, and Security to shape scalable platforms and knowledge assets for AI-driven products.

You will mentor the architecture team, drive architectural tradeoffs, and ensure the architecture supports rapid delivery while maintaining governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software, platform, data, informatics, or enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on architect who can move between strategy, system design, prototyping, and guidance.
• Experience leading architects and influencing engineering leaders across org boundaries.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, security, reliability, and software delivery.
• Practical experience designing or enabling AI/ML in production, including generative AI architecture.
• Ability to connect business and product strategy to technology decisions.
• Excellent communication with executives, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise architecture strategy across software, cloud, data, clinical informatics, and AI.
• Lead platform, data, knowledge architecture and align boundaries, interfaces, and shared capabilities.
• Guide architecture decisions and partner with Engineering, Product, Informatics, Security, and Infra teams.
• Advance the IMO Health Knowledge Graph as a foundation for AI products and clinical data usage.
• Lead and develop the Enterprise Architecture team and mentor other leaders.
