Cityblock Health seeks an Analytics Director to lead a multi-squad analytics sub-department, mentoring teams and aligning with data science, engineering, product, clinical, and market operations. You will formulate a data strategy that treats data as a key asset and drives data-informed decision-making at scale.

The role emphasizes AI-native methods, cross-functional collaboration, governance, and leadership to elevate data's value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data-centric work, including management of BI platforms
• Experience across data governance and master data management
• Working fluency with modern analytics stack and AI-enabled ways of working
• Deep healthcare domain knowledge (acuity, members, claims, risk, eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Steward the analytics sub-department's direction and standards across squads
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, clinical, and market ops to embed analytics in product development
• Lead governance and drive adoption of data-driven recommendations across the organization
• Promote AI-first, scalable analytics and mentor leaders to elevate data's strategic value
