Cityblock Health seeks an Analytics Lead to drive data products and analytics strategy across a squad. You will architect analytics solutions, define metrics, and work with engineering, data science, and product to align on data contracts and interfaces.

You will mentor analysts, champion AI-enabled workflows, and own a domain analytics roadmap, delivering self-serve data products with broad adoption and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of analytics or analytics-engineering experience delivering scalable solutions in production.
• Strong expertise in dbt, complex SQL, and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery / Looker preferred).
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining semantic layers / metrics frameworks.
• Proven fluency with Git / GitHub and CI/CD workflows, plus demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Track record of mentoring analysts and establishing standards.
