Cityblock Health is seeking a Manager of Healthcare Analytics to design analytic solutions that inform business decisions, measure performance, and demonstrate value. You will partner with Financial, Clinical and Operational stakeholders to address complex healthcare questions and optimize member care.

• 5 years experience in advanced analytics delivering actionable insights.
• 3 years experience developing statistical and machine learning models for healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Establish credibility and partnerships with clinical, operational and research leaders to identify levers for broad system change, pull them, and measure results.
• Design and execute evaluation plans to assess outcomes of Cityblock programs, using statistical and ML approaches and communicating results via presentations and papers.
• Implement and configure reporting in Google tech stack, use DBT and SQL, run complex analyses on production data, design reports and metrics to steer business lines.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate dbt model development and deploy conversational analytics for stakeholder self-service.
