Qualifications

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, including executive roles.
• Proven track record leading product organizations at scale, in enterprise software or AI/ML.
• Deep expertise in product strategy, product-market fit, and product-led growth.
• Strong business acumen with experience owning product P&L and driving revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with ARR growth targets.
• Create and articulate product vision across multi-product portfolios.
• Drive AI-enabled product innovation and digital transformation.
• Make high-level decisions about resource allocation and product portfolio management.
• Champion market intelligence through customer needs analysis and competitive research.
• Lead and mentor the product organization, including management of teams.
