Chief Product Officer (CPO)

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Product Officer to lead our product organization and drive product-driven growth across our AI platform. The CPO will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and delivering sustainable revenue streams through innovative product strategies. This executive role serves as a key business partner in our C‑suite, partnering closely with the CEO, CTO, COO, and commercial leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and ARR growth targets
• Create and articulate product vision across multi-product portfolios
• Drive digital transformation and product innovation initiatives leveraging AI capabilities
• Make high-level decisions about resource allocation and product portfolio management
• Champion market intelligence through customer needs analysis, competitive research, and market trends

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor the product organization, overseeing product management, design, UX research, and analytics functions
• Build and develop world‑class teams while fostering a culture of innovation and rapid learning
• Manage the product management function and mentor subordinate managers to excellence
• Create a customer‑centric culture by systematically gathering and leveraging customer feedback and usage data

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the CTO to ensure scalable, enterprise‑grade product delivery
• Drive enterprise sales alignment and revenue growth through new product initiatives
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align product roadmap with strategic account planning
• Ensure cross‑departmental coordination for seamless product launches and post‑launch optimizations

Product Lifecycle & Operations

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and continuous optimization
• Own product P&L and key metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and revenue expansion
• Drive product‑market fit initiatives and market expansion opportunities
• Monitor and optimize product KPIs, onboarding experiences, retention rates, and expansion revenue metrics

• Exceptional leadership and team‑building capabilities with experience mentoring senior product leaders
• Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities at the executive level
• Experience partnering with engineering, sales, and marketing leadership in high‑growth environments

This role reports directly to the CEO and serves as a key member of the executive leadership team.
