Job summary

Aventis Solutions, a rapidly scaling technology startup in Miami, is seeking a Chief Artificial Intelligence & Technology Officer (CTO/CAIO) to own the technical vision and build the AI infrastructure, product, and engineering organization essential for its next growth phase.

The right leader combines deep expertise in generative AI, LLMs and agentic AI with strong commercial sense to translate emerging technology into scalable products and revenue.

Qualifications

• Deep experience building and deploying AI products, platforms or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, autonomous workflows, tool use, orchestration and multi-agent systems.
• Experience designing scalable, commercially viable technology architectures from early stage to growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology function and define the AI strategy and roadmap.
• Build the AI infrastructure, products and engineering org to scale with the business.
• Lead high-caliber engineering teams in a startup/scale-up environment.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into compelling products with business impact.
