The CPDO will own revenue growth, margin performance, and long-term platform value, building a world-class product and digital organization across global teams and geographies.

Qualifications

• Scaling a complex B2B platform or marketplace to $1B+ revenue across geographies.
• Owning product decisions at the C-suite or senior VP level in a global, transformation-heavy environment.
• Demonstrated impact on revenue growth, margin improvement, and efficiency gains.
• Experience leading through platform integration or operating-model rebuilds at scale.
• Strong technical fluency without being execution-dependent; ability to partner with engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Platform Vision & Execution: define the platform's destination, build the organization, operating model, and roadmap to achieve outcomes.
• AI at Scale: turn AI ambitions into embedded, scalable capabilities that drive metrics such as conversion, retention, and margin.
• Financial Ownership: own and influence growth trajectory, gross margin, and cost-to-serve with P&L discipline.
• Organizational Leadership: build and lead a world-class product and digital organization with a strong culture and cadence.
