Job summary

Showpad seeks a Chief Architect to set the architectural direction across its product portfolio. You will partner with the CTO, define target-state architecture, and ensure AI and cloud economics are integral to design decisions.

You will work across Product, GTM, customers, and leadership, chair the ARB, guide multi-year modernization, and attract top engineering talent while delivering pragmatic, cost-aware solutions.

Qualifications

• Fifteen-plus years of industry experience in B2B SaaS.
• Led architecture and development for large-scale enterprise products with multi-tenant security and compliance.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native SaaS architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Portfolio architecture: own and lead the overall architectural direction across products.
• Architecture Review Board: chair and run the ARB with standards and reference architectures.
• Architecture runways: embed in development for complex deliverables ahead of execution.
• Customer engagement: present architecture, security and AI deeply to customers.
• Technology transformation: modernize complex products without stalling roadmaps.
• Staffing and operating models: advise CTO on cost-efficient structures.
• AI and cloud economics: establish guardrails and observability for scalable costs.
• Role model: set standards for quality, time-to-value and customer outcomes.
