Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Chief Architect, AI & Platform to set enterprise-wide technical architecture vision for scalable, AI-enabled SaaS. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Security, and leadership to translate business strategy into durable architecture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience with SaaS or AI-enabled products.
• Leadership across large engineering orgs; influence without formal authority.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, cloud infra.
• Experience with data architecture, real-time data, analytics, governance.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs to executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term architecture strategy across cloud platforms and data platforms.
• Guide AI-native platform architecture including model governance and observability.
• Lead data architecture for lakehouse/warehouse patterns and governance.
• Drive platform modernization and scalable multi-tenant SaaS across product lines.
• Build architecture operating model with governance, roadmaps, and patterns.
• Mentor engineers and architects; raise architectural bar across teams.
